Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A reputable K-12 school in Beverly, MA is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students with special needs in a therapeutic program. This contract role runs from ASAP through June 15, 2026, and offers a structured 35-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, working primarily with 7th through 12th-grade students.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct speech and language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs in a special education setting
• Collaborating with a team of SLPs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conducting assessments, documenting progress, and participating in student-focused meetings
• Supporting a therapeutic program tailored to special needs learners
• Maintaining compliance with professional standards and school policies

Qualifications:

• Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience or strong interest in working with special needs populations in a school environment
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-SLP team to deliver effective therapy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
