- Represent FYZICAL Framingham in the local MetroWest community through fall risk screenings, and awareness / educational events
- Build strong relationships with referring providers, local organizations, and community groups to expand awareness of FYZICAL’s unique offerings

- 4+ years’ experience in outpatient physical therapy (experience with vestibular/balance is preferred, but not required)
- Strong leadership and mentoring ability, with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Passion for helping patients with balance, vestibular, and neurological conditions
- Self-motivated, compassionate, and eager to learn (interest in developing expertise in pelvic health PT is strongly valued)
- Bilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese) strongly valued, given diverse local community
- Familiarity with Prompt EMR a plus

- Salary range $80,000-115,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Signing bonus & performance bonus
- Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO)
