Sales Manager
Main purpose of the job:
The mission of the Channel Sales Manager is to achieve the commercial objectives of the company by engaging and contracting with a multi-channel network of business partners and resellers. This role is responsible for driving channel partner revenue and growth through Sycurio’s enterprise accounts in the United States.
The Channel Sales Manager will help promote our products through the channel, build relationships with B2B partners and telephony infrastructure providers, forecast the market and help develop our channel-driven sales strategy to scale our go-to-market plans. The Channel Sales Manager will manage existing and new enterprise account efforts and support and feed business development aspects of Sycurio’s partnerships, with a primary focus on producing sales revenue and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage existing channel partners/enterprise accounts and work to establish trusted relationships within their ecosystems.
• Drive pipeline and revenue growth through Sycurio’s key enterprise accounts, specifically NICE.
• Meet and exceed set revenue and margin targets.
• Aggressively drive partner relationships to maximize sales and develop partnership potential through sales best practices, promotions, training and support.
• Manage partnership agreements and provide status updates to partners during negotiation.
• Communicate with partners on new products and service offerings.
• Work with Sycurio’s Marketing team to drive programs and events that extend the partnership program.
• Keep Sycurio’s CRM platform up to date with opportunities and provide regular reporting to the global Go-to-Market team.
• Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
• Prepare written presentations, reports and price quotations in support of channel partner agreements.
• Conduct contract negotiations.
• Define and execute partner annual plans for Sycurio’s enterprise accounts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, BDR, established partners, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve sales objectives.
• Metrics-Driven Approach: Consistently track and analyse sales performance against key metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective strategies to optimize results.
Key qualifications, skills, experience:
• Previous experience working with NICE is a must.
• Degree level education or relevant industry experience.
• 5+ years’ sales experience in SaaS environments.
• Successful achievement of $1M+ targets, consultative enterprise solution, or technical sales.
• Proven success building pipeline and driving revenue through enterprise partnerships.
• Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Successful track record of partner development and sales growth through business development activities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship and rapport building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A self-starter requiring low level management time and attention to perform day to day activities.
• Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple enterprise accounts and partners.
• Ability to craft go-to-market plans based on partner needs.
• Ability to make compelling business cases.
Preferred experience:
• Experience selling into the US Call Center Market
• Knowledge of the Payments industry and the PCI Data Security Standards.
