Net Atlantic is looking for an ambitious, and energetic High School or College Student studying in the Marketing or Business field or related fields for an internship. Net Atlantic is an email marketing company that provides solutions for email marketing experts.
Description:
In this role the Intern will work in conjunction with our sales department to help research, find and update key information on a prospective customer and make sure that the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reflects this latest information. Other duties may include working closely with a Net Atlantic sales representative to execute targeted email campaigns in support of our outbound sales efforts.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A High School or College Student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or related field.
- Technically savvy and willing to learn and master our products immediately.
- Comfortable working on the phone.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Organized and goal oriented.
- Prior knowledge of Microsoft office, Sales Force and similar CRM tools a plus.
Duties May Include:
- Conduct research on potential customers and explore what they are currently using for email delivery and find out what is working and what isn’t with the ultimate goal of setting up an appointment with our delivery expert.
- Call into prospects and use research to educate them on potentially switching to a more reliable delivery expert to increase their revenue base.
- Pass on potential prospects to our experts for follow-up phone appointment.
