In privacy law and data protection at PwC, you will specialise in providing advice and guidance to clients on privacy laws and data protection regulations. You will help businesses navigate the complex landscape of privacy and data protection requirements, confirming compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Working in this area, you will assist in developing privacy policies, conducting privacy impact assessments, and implementing data protection measures to safeguard personal information.
Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. The Opportunity
As part of the Responsible AI PM team you will support the delivery of impactful AI projects that address governance and policy challenges. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex topics, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the evolving landscape of Responsible AI. This role offers the chance to engage with diverse stakeholders, contribute to innovative solutions, and enhance your technical knowledge in a dynamic environment.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience in consulting, technology, risk, compliance, policy, or data-related roles
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree preferred
- Experience in Responsible AI and digital ethics
- Familiarity with AI regulations and industry standards
- Technical exposure to data science and machine learning
- Certifications in AI or risk management preferred
- Demonstrating curiosity and commitment to continuous learning
- Working in agile, cross-functional teams
- Managing ambiguity and prioritizing effectively
- Authoring thought leadership in Responsible AI

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
