HVAC Service Technician

Job Title: Service Technician

Pay: $30–$44/hr ($60,000–$91,000/year) + Bonus Potential

Schedule: Typically 7:00am–4:00pm, with rotational on-call every 3–4 weeks and occasional overnight travel

Overview:

LMK Recruiting is seeking experienced Service Technicians to service, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, and specialty food service equipment for restaurants and hospitality clients.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial kitchen equipment (cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, specialty)

• Read and interpret diagrams and schematics

• Install and replace parts per company standards

• Communicate with manufacturers and technical support for complex issues

• Maintain accurate work orders, time reports, and inventory records

• Promote additional services as appropriate

• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of service vehicle and tools

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years HVAC/R + hotside preferred (will consider master cold side only)

• EPA and/or CFESA certification preferred

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

• Must pass background check and drug test
