We are seeking an Experienced Medical Spa Manager to join our team at Gentle Aesthetics Medical Spa in Braintree MA. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is comfortable in both a leadership role and hands-on with clients . As the Spa Manager , you will manage and lead a team of aestheticians and nurses, while also providing advanced aesthetic services directly to clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in both managing a team and performing high-quality aesthetic treatments, and will thrive in a dynamic, multifaceted role. In this position, you will be expected to oversee daily operations, support and mentor your team, and ensure everything runs smoothly while also taking the time to perform client treatments. This balance of leadership and hands-on work will allow you to make a significant impact both on the spas success and on the overall client experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide procedure and product consultations to new and existing clients
- Be proactive in implementing sales strategies and creatively seek new opportunities to increase revenue
- Perform advanced aesthetic services. Including Cool Sculpting, Ultherapy, Laser Hair Removal, IPL etc.
- Manage, train, and support a team of aestheticians, fostering a positive, team-oriented environment.
- Oversee daily operations of the spa, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring smooth client flow.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring products and supplies are stocked and ordered as needed.
- Handle client consultations and create customized treatment plans.
- Ensure all spa protocols are followed, including safety, cleanliness, and client satisfaction standards.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and fostering professional growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest aesthetic treatments and technologies.
- Licensed Aesthetician with a valid state license.
- Proven experience working in a fast paced Medical Spa environment
- Managerial experience in a spa, medspa, or related environment, with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
- Experience with Ultherapy , CoolSculpting , and IPL is a plus, but not required.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients and staff.
- Ability to handle administrative duties such as scheduling and inventory management.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- High level of ethics
