Box Truck Driver - Non CDL

This role focuses on operating a box truck (up to 20 ft.) to collect and transport donated textiles. You’ll play a key part in ensuring donations are picked up efficiently and delivered safely.
What You’ll Do:
Driving / Route Duties:
- Safely operate box trucks on assigned local routes.
- Service donation bins (collect, clean, and maintain sites).
- Load and transport donated materials to designated locations.
- Follow all safety procedures and driving regulations.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Communicate any route, site, or safety concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily routes.
Schedule: 4 days, 10-hour shifts (Saturdays required)
Pay: $23/hour plus bonus (Average $25/hr with bonus), paid weekly. Stay on bonus after 3 months $1,000.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of box truck or similar driving experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and DOT physical.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, loading, and working outdoors.
