The role
We are seeking a highly organized and commercially focused Sales Operations Manager to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organization. This role plays a critical part in optimizing sales processes, strengthening data integrity, and enabling sales teams to meet strategic growth objectives in a manufacturing‑driven environment.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, hands‑on CRM expertise, and experience partnering cross‑functionally within packaging or industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes, tools, and workflows.
Drive CRM adoption, data accuracy, reporting standards, and process discipline.
Develop and analyze sales reports, forecasts, KPIs, and dashboards to support decision‑making.
Provide actionable insights to sales leadership based on performance and trend analysis.
Coordinate pricing, quotations, and contract processes with Sales, Finance, and Commercial teams.
Support onboarding and enablement of new sales team members.
Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service.
Support lead time management, capacity alignment, and customer expectations.
Lead or support initiatives such as new product launches, territory planning, and customer segmentation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the sales function.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, or related field.
5+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial support, or business analysis.
Experience in plastics, packaging, or manufacturing environments preferred.
Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to support high‑performing sales teams in fast‑paced, product‑driven organizations.
Excellent cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
