We're not just running a laundromat; we're managing a massive 4,000-square-foot retail operation. As we grow past 250 locations, we need a leader in Lawrence who treats the store like their own business. You'll run the show, manage a bilingual team, and make sure every customer walks out happy.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for a large-scale retail facility.
• Grow the "Wash-and-Fold" service to hit revenue targets.
• Hire, train, and mentor a team that speaks both English and Spanish.
• Keep the equipment and facility in top shape by being hands-on with maintenance.
• Track store profits, vending income, and supply costs to stay under budget.
• Manage local social media presence and respond to customer reviews.

Minimum Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
• At least 3 years of experience managing a team in a retail or service environment.
• Strong comfort with tech, including Google Suite and reporting tools.

• Reliable transportation to be on-site when needed.
