TITLE
Senior Program Manager
SUMMARY
Lead large, complex defense programs from kickoff to delivery. Join a mid-sized U.S. defense contractor serving aerospace and mission systems. This role oversees cross-functional teams, budgets, schedules, and customer success across multiple programs.
YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
Build clear plans, drive milestones, and remove roadblocks to deliver complex, multi-year programs on time and on budget.
Communicate simply and confidently with executives, engineers, and government customers, tailoring the message to each audience.
Use data to manage risk, control scope, and make trade-off decisions across cost, schedule, and performance.

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU’LL NEED:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field; master’s preferred. 10+ years of progressive program or project management experience, including 4+ years leading cross-functional teams or multi-contract efforts. Experience with government/defense programs, EVMS or similar controls, and supplier management. Active or attainable security clearance strongly preferred.
Salary: $160,000 – 200,000
