Northeast Family Services is seeking In-Home Behavior Therapists for our new LGBTQ oriented Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative team. This team will deliver CBHI services to the LGBTQ community in a culturally informed and competent way.

The PRIDE In-Home Behavior Specialist (IHBS) will implement a behavioral assessment and develop a highly specific behavioral treatment plan in order to diminish, extinguish, or improve specific behaviors related to the client’s behavioral health condition(s). The IHBS will work closely with a Behavior Monitor who will help support the IHBS.

Summer Fun Fridays at Northeast Family Services!
We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine!

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related human services field
• LGBTQ culturally competent by virtue of education, training, experience, or a combination thereof
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Compensation:

• Full-time Salary: $64,000 - $72,000
  Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity!

• Fee for Service Rate: $50 - $70 / hour
