Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager:

1. Drive in-store sales and motivate your team to engage in smart selling techniques.
2. Establish and nurture relationships with guests and encourage the crew to do the same.

4. Oversee daily operational tasks such as store cleanliness, cash management, inventory, ordering, scheduling, and food safety.
