Job Details — Front Desk Associate

• Do you love dogs and enjoy working in a friendly, fast-paced environment? We’re hiring a Client Services Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our daycare and boarding facility.
• This role is 30–40 hours/week and includes one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday).

Core responsibilities:

• Greet clients and pets warmly; create a welcoming lobby experience
• Answer phones, reply to emails, and provide accurate service, pricing, and availability information
• Manage reservations for daycare, boarding, and enrichment programs; check pets in/out
• Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate client and vaccination records
• Provide daily updates or report cards at pick-up; coordinate with daycare/enrichment teams
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby
• Handle client inquiries or concerns; escalate when needed
• Support retail sales, social media updates, and light cleaning tasks as needed
