Electromechanical technician

Your impact
- Assemble products to spec using routings, blueprints, and engineering documentation.
- Detect and escalate defective materials or equipment issues promptly.
- Partner with peers and support groups to resolve production challenges.
- Keep your station organized and safety-compliant.
- Follow company, safety, and quality procedures at all times.
- Perform other related duties as needed.
What you bring
- High school diploma or GED.
- Foundational mechanical aptitude; proficient with hand and power tools.
- Assembly/manufacturing background preferred.
- Clear, accurate execution of written and verbal work instructions.
- Comfort with basic math, measuring, and mechanical principles.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly technical drawings.
- Flexibility to work overtime when required.
Preferred proficiencies
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Tape measure reading
- Mechanical assembly skills
- High school / GED
- Shop math skills
- Blueprint reading
Working conditions
- Indoor production setting; weather-protected with possible temperature fluctuation.
- Noise levels that may require raised voices for communication.
- Periodic exposure to vibration (hands/arms or whole body).
- Physical hazards may include moving parts, industrial vehicles, electrical sources, elevated work areas, high heat, and chemicals.
