Customer Support Associate - Part Time

💲 Pay: $17.87 – $20.10 per hour (based on experience)

📅 Schedule: Monday - Friday, daytime hours (no late nights or weekends required)

Flexible between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

📍 Location: On-site only (New Bedford, MA)

We’ll provide on-site training - no prior experience required, just the right attitude and the love of helping others!

Responsibilities


  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently

  • Maintain organization and accuracy with all returning inventory

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, live chat, support tickets, and product reviews

  • Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and upcoming product launches

  • Engage with customers through various digital and social platforms

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively

  • Assist with special product or order-related issues as needed

  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and communication

  • Foster and engage with our vibrant CVG community, ensuring all customers feel valued and supported

💡What You’ll Bring


  • Customer service experience (preferably in e-commerce or retail)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in every interaction

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems

  • Familiarity with customer support tools like Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar (a plus)

  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed

  • Genuine desire to help people and create positive customer experiences
