Job Summary:

A newly built, state-of-the-art healthcare facility is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional care in a compassionate, community-focused setting. If you're passionate about patient care and want to grow in a supportive environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in patient care
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration)
• Document patient care information in Meditech
• Offer social and emotional support to residents

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in Massachusetts
• 1–2 years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Ability to commute to Chelsea, MA

Preferred Qualifications:

• Dementia Certification (will provide enrollment for free if needed)
