As Assistant Manager, you’ll work alongside an experienced Store Manager who’s been with the business for 13 years — someone who knows how to lead, develop, and back their team for success.The Details:
Pay Rate: $26 – $28 per hour + Sales Incentives (paid fortnightly)
Roster: Sunday to Thursday
Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week (flexible from 32 hours if required)

In this role, you will:Lead from the front, setting the pace and energy on the floor
Inspire, train and coach your team to hit sales and service goals
Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating store culture
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty
Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Manage stock, stocktake processes, and promotional setups
Support daily operations, including rosters, reporting and opening/closing
Drive results through smart planning and consistent execution
You’ll bring:Leadership or keyholder experience in retail ideally in fashion but not critical
Strong communication and team development skills
Confidence, energy, and a passion for people and product
A hands-on approach with a drive to deliver results
