The program develops care plans for students with chronic illnesses, connects families to healthcare resources, advises school staff, and verifies immunizations. Full-time coverage is provided in all public schools, with healthcare oversight and clinical guidance extended to three nonpublic schools, city-managed preschools, and camps.
