UX Designer

About the Role
Validity is seeking a talented UX Designer - SaaS MarTech to join our product team.

In this role, you'll work on complex user experience challenges for our suite of email success and optimization products. You'll create intuitive interfaces that help our customers understand complex data, streamline their workflows, and maximize the value of our solutions.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for new features
• Create clear, actionable data visualizations that help users extract insights from complex data
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to identify opportunities, shape product direction, and iterate based on customer feedback
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate findings into your designs
• Apply and extend our design system to maintain consistency
• Lead and drive projects, fully owning responsibility for the holistic experience of products within the assigned product area
• Transform complex user needs into elegant, intuitive solutions
• Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders

Required Experience, Skills, and Education

• 3-5 years of UX design experience with B2B SaaS MarTech products: Email Marketing Platforms or Tools, Email Marketing Software, and Data Visualization and dashboards
• Demonstrated knowledge of MarTech, email marketing platforms, and industry challenges
• A strong portfolio demonstrating how you've simplified complex data and processes
• Extensive experience with data visualization and dashboard design
• Strong proficiency with modern design tools, especially Figma
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
• Experience designing B2B SaaS enterprise products
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard design
• Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions to non-designers
• Experience with usability testing and iterative design processes
• Experience with design systems
• Experience working in a remote environment

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education

• Experience with user research methods beyond usability testing
• The ability to rapidly prototype and iterate ideas to communicate concepts and drive excitement.
