SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) IT Business Analyst

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 2–3 Days Onsite)

Contract Type: 12-Month W2 Contract

Pay Rate: $80–$90/hr W2 (based on experience)

A leading commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company in Boston is seeking an experienced SAP OTC IT Business Analyst to support a major ERP transformation from NetSuite to SAP S/4HANA . This individual will play a key role in ensuring business continuity and system integrity throughout the migration process.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support and enhancement of SAP OTC processes, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with functional teams including Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Market Access, and IT
• Support post-go-live activities, issue resolution, and user training
• Partner with system integrators on implementation, testing, and cutover planning
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) where applicable
• Develop process documentation, test scripts, and configuration guides

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP SD/OTC Business Systems Analyst
• Deep knowledge of OTC processes: order management, billing, pricing, rebates, inventory, GTN, and 3PL/CMO operations
• Strong SAP S/4HANA OTC experience; familiarity with Finance and Supply Chain integration points
• Experience with ERP migration projects (NetSuite to SAP preferred)
• Background in life sciences or regulated industries a plus
• Excellent documentation, testing, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• <10% travel required
• Must be available to work onsite in Boston, MA 2–3 days per week
