About the Position
Express Dedicated is hiring CDL-A Solo Local Drivers in the Franklin, MA area. This position offers guaranteed weekly pay, consistent hours, and the benefit of being home every day.
Drivers can expect a predictable Monday through Friday schedule while supporting local freight operations throughout the Franklin market.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 10–12 hour shifts
- Weekends off
- Home daily
Responsibilities
- Pick up and stage loaded trailers for scheduled linehaul departures
- Complete local deliveries throughout the Franklin, MA area
- Safely transport dry van freight
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
- Ensure freight is moved safely and efficiently

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A License
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A driving experience
- Minimum age of 23 years
- Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts
- Must live within 50 miles of Franklin, MA
- Must meet all DOT qualification requirements
- Strong safety record and professional work history
