We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, strategic initiatives from planning through execution and delivery. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring project goals align with organizational objectives. As part of a long-term contract, you will oversee multiple phases of project lifecycles, ensuring seamless integration, data migration, and training rollout.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the initiation and management of projects, including new implementations and system integrations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Oversee data collection, storage, and migration processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Develop and configure system architecture, workflows, roles, and permissions to meet business needs.

• Manage integrations with CRM systems, telephony platforms, and survey tools.

• Coordinate the setup of online forms, websites, and other digital tools.

• Plan and execute training programs, including webinars and onsite sessions, for large-scale rollouts.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

• Conduct pilot testing and gather feedback to refine processes.

• Report progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.

• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on system implementations and integrations.

• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and telephony systems.

• Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.

• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate large-scale training rollouts.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

• Familiarity with data migration and cleansing processes.

• Experience in designing and executing training programs for diverse audiences.
