Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Quality Systems Specialist to join the Site Supplier Quality Team located in Everett WA!

This position will be supporting supplier Corrective Actions data analytics and communicating status updates across cross-functional teams and leadership. Selected candidates will have a strong background working in Quality supporting Root Cause processes and understanding of supplier quality and exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Position Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• More than 1 year of experience working in Quality Supplier Quality or Supplier Management

• More than 1 year of experience collecting data from multiple sources performing analysis and presenting data

• Experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors Degree or higher

• Experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or similar planning software

• Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standard

• Experience working with the Boeing Problem Solving Model
