Structural Engineer - Top Secret Clearance
Job Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience with static and dynamic structural modeling and analysis
- Ability to clearly communicate results in oral presentations and written reports
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
Skills:
- Experience with structural testing and model correlation
- Experience with STOP (Structural, Thermal, Optical Performance) analysis
- Experience with LOS (Line-of-Sight) Jitter analysis
- Experience with vibration or shock testing
- Experience with test fixture design (or other forms of design)
- Experience with predicting the mechanical behavior of structures using finite element analysis for static and dynamic environments, performing vibration and shock environmental testing, and developing tests to characterize the behavior of structural components.
Education/Experience:
- Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or other relevant field of study
