The Opportunity

We are currently hiring Head and Assistant Coaches for both part-time and full-time roles across our South Shore, Metro, and North Shore regions in MA as well as New Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate training sessions aligned with club curriculum
• Coach teams in league play, tournaments, and club events
• Communicate effectively with players and families while upholding club standards
• Provide consistent feedback, evaluation, and mentorship to support player development
• Collaborate with Directors and coaching staff to ensure consistency across teams
• Foster a positive, competitive, and growth-oriented team culture

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Coaching experience, playing background, or license preferred (not required)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Greater Boston (South Shore, Metro, North Shore) and occasionally New Hampshire

Pay: $25.00 - $85.00 per hour
