Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer business needs and technical requirements.

• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions for prospective and existing customers.

• Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sales follow-up.

• Develop and present customized solutions that address customer challenges and effectively leverage the company's products.

• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, statements of work, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.

• Act as a subject matter expert for the sales team, providing training and technical guidance on product features and capabilities.

• Gather customer feedback and communicate it to product development and engineering teams to inform future product enhancements.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies.

• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering

• Proven experience in a sales engineering

• Strong understanding of manufacturing

• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Willingness to travel as required.
