Entry-Level Welder – MIG & Structural Welding

Location : Rowley, MA

Shift : Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and reliableEntry-Level Welderto join our team at our Rowley, MA shop. This is a great opportunity for individuals with trade school welding experience who are looking to start their career in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• PerformMIG weldingon structural steel and miscellaneous metals
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and welding symbols
• Assist in the fabrication and assembly of metal components
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Completion of a welding program at a trade or technical school (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MIG welding techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Must be punctual and dependable

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
