Sodexo is seeking a **Biomedical Equipment Technician I** for **Tufts Medical Center** located in **Boston, MA.** Sodexo's growing Healthcare Technology Management Division is seeking solution-oriented candidates who excel at customer service with a proven success as an experienced **Biomedical Equipment Technician I** to support Healthcare Technology services.
**What You'll Do**
+ Repair and troubleshooting of medical devices to ensure equipment is safe and operational.
+ Help document maintenance activities, repairs, and service history accurately and timely.
+ Learn and follow regulatory standards and safety procedures related to healthcare technology.
+ Provide responsive and courteous customer service to clinical staff and end users.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and tools.
+ Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding work progress and equipment status.
+ Demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience) in electronic, biomedical engineering or a discipline geared toward managing maintaining and repairing clinical equipment within a healthcare environment and/or equivalent of military BMET program and/or AAMI certified
