We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and familarize with patient management system Dentrix Ascend
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone call
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dental office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellentverbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- ​Strong organizational skills
