For Local Candidates pay rate: $90 to $98/hr (If your permanent address is within 50 miles from the facility)

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50 mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $100.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $4,000.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $59.75
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $2,390.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,610.00

OR

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $105.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $4,200.00

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager – Endoscopy to oversee clinical operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care within the department. This leadership role is responsible for managing nursing staff, coordinating resources, implementing clinical standards, and driving continuous performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of patient care within the Endoscopy unit
• Implement clinical practice standards and operational procedures aligned with regulatory and accreditation requirements
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluation of nursing staff
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain departmental quality assurance records
• Collaborate with physicians, administration, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Support staff development through education, competency validation, and ongoing training
• Ensure compliance with patient safety standards, policies, and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with Endoscopy majority
• 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
