Position: Part-Time Operations & Warehouse Support Associate
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team in a part-time support role, assisting with logistics, materials handling, and warehouse operations. This hands-on role offers shifts totalling 20+ hours per week and is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, active environment and is looking to build skills in construction and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, receive, and inventory materials and tools in the warehouse

• Coordinate deliveries and pickups of materials and equipment to job sites

• Assist with material tracking, order management, and documentation

• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized

• Work closely with the operations and warehouse managers to support ongoing projects

• Provide light administrative support related to purchasing and inventory

Requirements:

• Interest in construction, renewable energy, operations, or logistics

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment

• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a team

• Dependable and punctual with good communication skills

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)

• Valid driver’s license (required)
