Brief Description

As the Account Coordinator, you will help move our clients’ missions forward. The Account Coordinator plays a vital role in shaping and executing extensive marketing initiatives for our clients. This involves actively contributing to the conceptualization and development of comprehensive marketing programs, ensuring that they align with the clients' goals and objectives. With a keen eye on detail, this professional assumes the responsibility of overseeing production schedules, guaranteeing the seamless execution of campaigns within designated timelines.

Your Impact:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of client schedules, ensuring project progress and task status are updated, and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Be responsible for coordinating campaign trafficking components within specified deadlines.
  • Function as the internal and client's primary contact for all matters related to production.
  • Facilitate the development of creative assets and manage edits among the internal team, the client, and the design team. This involves coordinating revisions and versioning copy as required.
  • Assume the role of the principal proofreader for all materials created for clients.
  • Scrutinize and quality check data segmentation and other production-related data elements, contributing to program and campaign reporting.
  • Generate campaign estimates and oversee individual campaigns to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
  • Engage in client calls and meetings, aiding in planning, management, and follow-up.

Your Profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or related field (or equivalent combination of training and experience).
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience with project management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
