Position Summary
Baystate Interpreters is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Interpreter Scheduling Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing interpreter schedules and coordinating language service assignments to ensure seamless communication between clients and interpreters.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage interpreter schedules to ensure full coverage of assignments
- Communicate with clients to confirm service needs, appointment details, and special requirements
- Maintain and update scheduling systems to reflect accurate interpreter availability
- Handle last-minute schedule changes, cancellations, and urgent requests efficiently
- Track and maintain records of assignments, interpreter performance, and client feedback
- Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to support overall service delivery
