Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical Telemetry – Float Pool

Location: Hyannis, MA 02601

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Schedule: 36 hours per week | 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Shift Requirement: Every other weekend and holiday | May float between campuses

Pay Rate: $55 – $60 per hour

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical Telemetry for an exciting job in Hyannis, MA.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process and maintain accurate, timely documentation.

• Perform continuous assessments including physical, psychological, and social dimensions; develop and communicate individualized care plans.

• Administer medications safely and monitor patient responses.

• Serve as charge nurse and clinical resource as assigned.

• Utilize computerized nursing systems effectively for patient documentation.

• Educate and mentor staff while maintaining professional development.

• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and hospital policies.

• Represent the organization with professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

• Perform additional duties as directed by supervisory staff.

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN License

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (current)

• Recent Med/Surg experience in an acute care setting (within last 2 years)

• Successful completion of Pharmacology and Basic Arrhythmia exams prior to start

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

• Experience caring for cardiac, telemetry, and post-surgical patients
