Sitework Project Manager/Estimator
Job Description
We're seeking a talented Estimator/PM to join our team. With a minimum of 1 year of experience in sitework estimating, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing project plans and preparing detailed cost estimates. If you excel in estimating software and have a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:

Cost Analysis: Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.

Site Assessments: Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather necessary information.

Collaborative Estimation: Work with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates.

Cost Factors: Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses.

Bid Proposals: Prepare and present bid proposals, budgets, and cost reports to clients and stakeholders.

Lifecycle Monitoring: Monitor and update estimates throughout the project lifecycle to reflect changes in scope or conditions.

Data Management: Maintain a database of historical cost data and industry trends to support future estimates.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Essential Skills:

Proficiency in estimating software

Experience working for a site contractor

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Weymouth, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $44.00/hr.
