Emergency Medicine Physician
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join a high-performing, integrated Emergency Medicine department in Lawrence, Massachusetts. This established team includes more than 30 Emergency Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, delivering high-quality, patient-centered emergency care across multiple Emergency Department sites.
Physicians will provide comprehensive emergency medical care in a collaborative, well-supported environment. Clinical time will be allocated between two Emergency Departments, based on departmental needs and provider preference.
Schedule:
Regular schedule of 28 or 32 clinical hours per week
Two weekends per month required
Balanced schedule designed to support work-life integration
Requirements:
MD, DO, or foreign medical equivalent
Successful completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Emergency Medicine residency
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
Eligible for full, unrestricted Massachusetts medical licensure
Compensation & Benefits:
$250 per hour, inclusive of salary and incentive structure
