Social Media Specialist Part-Time 20 Hours 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST US

We are looking for a **strategic and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist** to plan, execute, and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate doesn’t just know how to post content — they know how to **develop strategies, track analytics, and turn engagement into measurable results**. You’ll be responsible for building brand awareness, generating leads, and improving audience engagement through well-planned campaigns.

#### Responsibilities

* Develop and implement social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals
* Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
* Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, graphics, and videos) tailored to each platform
* Monitor social media performance and track KPIs such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions
* Use analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social) to generate performance reports
* Research trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
* Plan and run paid social media campaigns (ads, boosts, retargeting, etc.) when needed
* Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to execute campaigns effectively
* Continuously refine strategies based on data and ROI analysis

#### Requirements

* Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
* Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools
* Ability to turn raw data into actionable insights and clear reporting
* Experience creating both organic and paid campaigns
* Knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting strategies
* Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
* Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar) is a plus

Creative thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills

**Experience Level:**

* 2+ years in social media marketing with a proven track record of running successful campaigns
* Experience in both strategy and analytics is required
