We grow premium cannabis in organic no-till living soil, producing exceptional terpene-rich flower and concentrates. Our products are sold through select retail partners across Massachusetts, and we are expanding our reach on the eastern side of the state.

Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Territory Account Manager to develop and grow our retail presence in Eastern Massachusetts. This role is ideal for someone who knows the cannabis industry, understands dispensary operations, and can confidently represent a premium, craft cannabis brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned territory in Eastern Massachusetts, including Boston, the North Shore, and South Shore regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dispensary buyers, managers, and staff.
• Drive sales through product education, in-store events, and consistent follow-up.
• Identify new retail opportunities aligned with our premium brand positioning (minimum $40/eighth retail pricing).
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns and promotions.
• Track and report on sales activity, pipeline development, and account performance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of cannabis industry experience in the Massachusetts market preferred (sales, account management, or retail operations).
• Proven track record in B2B sales or territory management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up discipline.
• Knowledge of Massachusetts cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to travel throughout Eastern Massachusetts on a regular basis.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
