Medical Director

Location: Greater Boston, MA
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $250,000–$350,000 annually (Base Salary + Performance Incentives)

We are seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead our clinical team, oversee provider performance, drive quality initiatives, and provide exceptional patient care while helping shape the future of home-based medicine.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active Massachusetts medical license with prescriptive authority.
• Completion of an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency.
• 5–7+ years of clinical experience in primary care, geriatrics, home-based care, or complex disease management.
• Previous physician leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems.
