Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to provide care within a defined local territory in the Braintree area . This role is structured to offer a consistent caseload with minimal travel , allowing you to focus on patient care rather than long commute times.

Territory Coverage:

• VATRA ADHC.
• Braintree area.
• Nearby community patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled physical therapy services in assisted living and community-based settings.
• Manage a consistent caseload within a designated geographic area.
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.
