Project Manager

THE ROLE
Using discretion and discipline, acts as the day to day executional lead in supporting a range of cross-functional projects and activities, as defined by business and stakeholder needs. Works in partnership with the business to develop delivery plans and drive overall project management in response to a given deliverable request. Guides operations team and stakeholders through execution of projects.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Owns the management of timely execution of projects including revisions/updates to existing materials, projects and campaigns in support of channel/business partner objectives. The size and scope of these projects can range from an individual deliverable to a multi-pronged program with multiple components across a variety of content types.
- Drives the development process and use of related tools/workflow systems in order to efficiently scope, resource, schedule, and track deliverables through project lifecycles.
- Accountable for maintaining oversight of project details, timelines and budgets via digital project management system
- Responsible for building strong working relationships by combining project management skill with business understanding to ensure programs are executed on strategy, on time, and on budget. This role will also have to liaise with other functional groups relative to their participation in the lifecycle of a project.
- Direct contributor to proactively proposing workflow-process improvements/integrations to boost team efficiency and speed to market between the business and other workgroups within MFS.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree combined with 5-6+ years of experience in project management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on quality and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while consistency meeting deadlines.
- Solid interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal); ability to interact successfully with individuals at all levels.
- Positive, collaborative, flexible disposition with the ability to work independently and/or as part of a team. Assume ownership for the delivery of projects while also operating successfully in a cross-functional, often global, team environment.
- Experience working with automated project management workflow system(s) and content management systems required.
- Excellent stakeholder management including senior managers, and ability to work well with others at all levels.

Base Salary Range: $88,000.00 - $126,000.00 This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.At MFS, we believe in fair and transparent compensation. For that reason, we’re including the salary range for this position. This range reflects our good-faith expectation for what we’ll pay depending on the candidate’s experience, training and education. In addition to the salary, we also offer significant and competitive incentive compensation based on both individual and company performance. Other components of our Total Rewards Package include:
MFS contributes an amount equal to 15% of your base salary to your retirement account that is separate from the company -sponsored 401(k)
Education Assistance: MFS contributes $100 monthly up to $10,000 lifetime maximum directly to loan provider
