Estate Planning Paralegal / Legal Assistant (Direct Hire) – Acton, MA
We are hiring an experienced Paralegal / Legal Assistant with Estate Planning experience to join a growing law firm in Acton, MA . This is a direct hire opportunity offering hands-on client interaction and document drafting in a collaborative legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft estate planning documents: wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies
- Support trust funding and estate planning processes
- Attend client meetings and document signing appointments
- Guide clients through completed estate plans and answer questions
- Maintain accurate legal files and client records
- Work closely with attorneys to ensure timely case completion
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of estate planning paralegal or legal assistant experience
- Strong experience drafting estate planning documents
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
