What You’ll Do:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and social engagement
- Support individuals in behavioral and habilitative programs to enhance well-being
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment, reporting concerns as needed
- Follow Individual Service Plans (ISP) and provide crisis intervention when necessary
- Accompany individuals to appointments and community outings as required
Requirements:
- 3+ months of experience in direct care or a related support role
- Reliable transportation to commute to Greenfield, MA
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities
