Seeking a full-time, Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine or Med/Peds physician to provide comprehensive primary care for all ages in a community health setting.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating a wide range of illnesses, collaborating with healthcare teams, and supporting mid-level providers. Extended hours, including some evenings and weekends, are required.
