Sr. Scientist, Stromal Immunology
- Design and-execute-experiments, analyze and interpret complex dataset-to-identify-and-validate-novel targets in immunology/ inflammation/autoimmunity-
- Apply knowledge of key signal transduction pathways to design-appropriate experiments-
- Be a key contributor in lab and in meetings to progress-multiple programs-
- Conceptualize and enact-innovative approaches (including novel technologies) to solve program-objectives-and issues-
- Manage project-specific milestones and timelines-
- Communicate science and strategy to stakeholders and management-
- Collaborate effectively both internally & externally, within and across functional areas--
- Demonstrates a "one-team" mindset by proactively engaging in and leadership of lab and department initiatives-
- Actively-participates-in cultural initiatives & embraces DE&I principles, promotes psychological-safety-and supports a work environment that positively influences others and enables all to bring their true selves to work-
- B.Sc-in Biological Sciences, Immunology, Pathology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, -ore related STEM field with--7+ years of professional research experience,- M.Sc. with-4+-years of professional research experience-or PhD and 0+ years of experience.
- Strong-knowledge of immunology and cell biology. Experience with primary stromal cell cultures preferred
- Practical experience in performing and-analyzing-complex multicellular systems-
- Ability to interpret and-analyze-data from key biological,-biochemical-and immunological assays systems and design-appropriate follow-up experiments-
- Knowledgeable in immunofluorescence microscopy / high-content imaging and multi-color flow cytometry preferred
- Preferred: knowledge of inflammatory and/or auto-immunity related mechanisms of disease
- Ability to-adapt to changing-priorities-
- Passion for innovation and problem-solving-
- Team player with effective written and oral communication skills-
- Good organizational and time management skills-

$119,100.00 - $187,500.00 This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
