Frozen Ropes in Natick is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Staff to join our team to work at our front reception desk at our state-of-the-art training facility in Natick, MA.

- Team Collaboration: A strong willingness to work effectively and collaboratively with a dedicated team of staff.
- Communication Skills: Possession of excellent, clear, and professional communication abilities.
- Availability: Must be available to work during select weekday afternoons through evenings and/or weekend days .
- Technical Proficiency: Possession of excellent computer and mobile communication skills for efficient administrative tasks.
- Organizational Excellence: Highly developed organizational abilities with a focus on detail and task prioritization.
- Interpersonal Energy: An outgoing, high-energy personality dedicated to creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Customer Service Expertise: Prior experience in service-oriented roles with a proven track record of client satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Adherence to Standards: Thoroughly review and strictly adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in the Frozen Ropes Employee Handbook and the Front Desk Staff Procedures.
- Professionalism: Consistently maintain a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and polished appearance when interacting with customers, parents, and fellow staff members.
- Brand Representation: Serve as a positive representative for Frozen Ropes, upholding our professional standards both at our facility (on the turf and fields) and in the community.
- Client Engagement: Providing a welcoming and efficient check-in experience for all customers upon arrival at the facility.
- Administrative Management: Utilizing the scheduling system for program registrations, event bookings, Pro Shop sales, and secure payment processing.
- Program Knowledge: Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all Frozen Ropes programs to effectively assist and inform clients.
- Communications Management: Managing high-volume phone inquiries and overseeing the timely retrieval and processing of all voicemail messages.
- Operational Duties: Execute essential daily projects, including comprehensive opening and closing procedures and end-of-day cleanup.
- Rental Support: Efficiently manage the setup and breakdown of all necessary rental and program equipment.
