  • Communicate clearly and proactively when things need follow-up or clarification.

  • Want to grow with a small but ambitious organization that values integrity, thoughtfulness, and teamwork.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in accounts payable, payroll, and medical billing.

  • Behavioral health (specifically Intensive Outpatient Programs or Partial Hospitalization Programs) or healthcare experience preferred.

  • Working knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., Gusto, ADP, Paylocity, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of health insurance billing workflows and experience managing third party billing vendors, compiling reports, etc.

  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and accounting systems (QuickBooks or similar).

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable managing external vendor relationships.

  • Mission-driven and excited to contribute to a growing behavioral health organization.

Compensation: $65,000-80,000 W2 salary
