Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Must hold a valid Occupational Therapy license
- Previous experience working within school settings preferred
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and implement evidence-based interventions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families
- Comfortable working with diverse student populations and adapting strategies to meet varying needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate OT strategies into classroom routines
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations and updates on student development
- Educate staff and families on ways to support and enhance students’ functional abilities
- Conduct screenings and evaluations to identify students in need of OT services
