Private Equity Senior Associate Attorney – Boston

Direct Counsel is seeking a Private Equity Senior Associate to join a highly respected Am Law firm in Boston. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced private equity attorney to join a premier transactional practice and work on sophisticated, high-profile deals for leading private equity sponsors, investment funds, and portfolio companies.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience handling complex private equity transactions at a top-tier law firm. Candidates should have substantial experience leading transactions independently, managing client relationships, and advising on a broad range of private equity matters, including leveraged buyouts and preferred equity transactions.

Qualified candidates will possess:

• 5–7 years of private equity transactional experience at a leading law firm
• Experience leading leveraged buyouts, preferred equity transactions, and other sophisticated private equity deals
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• A commercial, business-oriented approach to client service
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clients and colleagues
• J.D. from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar or eligibility to waive in
